School Entry Protocol
The students’ enrollment at the School is based on:
– Open registration period in the pre-term, first, second, and third term and the completed application form with attachments and results of the entrance exam,
or
– on the basis of an approved application for transfer from another school or abroad,
or
– on the basis of an approved Request for parallel education,
or
– on the basis of an approved application for part-time education.
The open registration period for the students’ enrollment in the pre-term for 2021/2022 will be public in March of 2021.
The open registration period for the students’ enrollment in the first term for 2021/2022 will be public in June of 2021.
The open registration period for the students’ enrollment in the second term for 2021/2022 will be public in July of 2021.
The open registration period for the students’ enrollment in the third term for 2021/2022 will be public in August of 2021.
The open registration period for the students’ enrollment in the status of part-time students for 2021/2022 will be public in September of 2021.
The status of a student is acquired by enrolling at the School and signing a School contract.

Documentation to be given when enrolling at the School:
- A filled application form or a request for school enrollment with all additional documents,
- Birth certificate,
- Certificate of citizenship,
- Medical certificate,
- Original school certificates of success in VI, VII, and VIII class of nine-year elementary school,
- Original school completion certificates of VIII or IX class of nine-year elementary school,
- 2 pictures (vertical portrait 9×13 cm),
- Biography or CV,
- Certificates or other proofs of membership, awards, and letters of appreciation,
- Other relevant documents following the Rulebook on the criteria for enrollment of students in the first grade of high schools in Tuzla Canton.
